[Dashboard Screen] - Allow “JSON” files from FileStorage to be data sources for HTML Widget

I manipulate JSON files by NodeRED and save to FileStorage. It would be very interesting to use JSON data Stored in FileStorage ( In my case, the data could not be stored on a Device Property or Bucket) to fill in information from a standard HTML file (.html) that I use in the HTML Widget.
