Placeholders on Dashboards not working on Apex Charts #71

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Create a widget with ApexCharts and add some placeholders on the title, i.e. "Current rows: {{layout.row}}"

Expected behavior Placeholders are replaced on Apex Charts. It works on other widgets. Apexcharts contains their own titles that are not being processed.
