Is there any reason to adjust downlink time with SF7? #75

Hi, I have noticed that with SF7, the downlink delay time is adjusted with additional 60ms in LoraWait function. Is there any reason for that additional wait time? I think that this could be a bug and it is the cause of no joining correctly with SF7 and OTAA. Thank you and regards, Guillermo
