Flasher not Flashing Huzzah (over FTDI) #25

Problem: I'm trying to flash the Adafruit Huzzah over FTDI on Windows and it doesn't work, even when it's in reset mode. Gets stuck after the download.

Looks like I just needed to flash it with something else and then reflash it again. Weird behavior.
