update pom.xml and jars #18

1.update gatling-mqtt project and run 'install-local-gatling-mqtt.sh' 2.udpate thingsboard and execute 'mvn clean install -DskipTests' 3.update version of thingsboard and tools.jar,data.jar in the pom.xml

Thanks for your input on this project! We have modified our current performance test project and simplify it! We are welcome your input on the updated version, but I'm closing this PR, since this is not valid anymore.
