How can I add SMS sending feature using SMPP in my IOT Application #11261

Description

I am trying to add send SMS using SMPP from system administrator. But I am unable to do this.

I use SMSC simulator for testing.. • Host: smscsim.smpp.org • Port: 2775 • System ID: h9FfQkmQRUaL2pa • Password: 4RtNoJWJ

I unable to configure next steps.

Check server logs, maybe there will be some warnings or errors
