Create basic setup.py #11

Hello,

First off, thank you for this wonderful script!

I use Nix for my systems and in order to pull tochd into my configuration, it needs to have a setup.py file defined. I have written a (very basic) setup.py script and thought I would share with you.

Hi. I've seen others forking the project just to add a setup.py. So this makes a lot of sense to be part of the project, even if I don't use the setup myself. Thank you for the setup script.
