enable_media_stream_cache option doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set enable_media_stream_cache = true and path to the configuration method or 
open expert mode at http://sipml5.org/expert.htm and check Cache the media 
stream
2. make a call - this will prompt user media access
3. answer the call or drop it
4. make another call
5. and you will see user media prompt again but it is not supposed to work this 
way

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see user media access request only one time during first call 
session but instead it appears all the time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 32.0.1700.102 m 
Windows 7 x64
http://sipml5.org/call.htm?svn=203# or sipml5 1.3.203
