Update this repo please?

Hello,

I would like to kindly request that you update the nextjs_casl-sample repository to the latest versions of the libraries, as listed below:

• Next.js 14 using the App Router
• @casl/ability 6
• NextAuth 5 beta

Currently, the repository is configured for the following versions:

• Next.js 11
• React 17.0.2
• @casl/react 2.3.0
• @casl/ability 5.4.3
• NextAuth 3.29.0

There are not many examples on the internet that use these newer versions, and an update would be extremely helpful for the community.

However, I haven't had a chance to play with Next.js lately, and I haven't been able to catch up to the Next.js App Router.

Therefore, it is difficult to update this repository at this time.
