Need a TestSuite to test TitanInput/OutputFormats #73

The only way we test these formats is via manual use.

@mbroecheler Any ideas on how we should do this?

Given that TitanXXXOutputFormat is really just a "naming convention" for the BlueprintsOutputFormat, this is already tested using TinkerGraph within the test cases.
