itk is missing PyBuffer #721

On Python(x, y) 2.7.5.2, Standard plugin itk 4.5.0-4 is missing the PyBuffer 
module.

PyBuffer is a standard part of the WrapITK source distro, but by default it 
will not be compiled.

PyBuffer is needed to export itk image data to numpy.

This is an ITK issue and seems to be a known issue. Please post to the 
appropriate list.
