360 -731613 IE6环境下登录界面 360 -765216 IE7，IE8，IE9环境登录下

ie6模式下只能使用默认主题。

ie6的问题大家都知道，已经很少人在用了，兼容ie6是非常麻烦的事情，作为后台管理系统没必要将所有主题都支持ie6。
