UX/UI changes for Alpha release #185

Overall strategy

For alpha release, focus on delivering on cleaning names. We'll deactivate adding the population for now. Need streamlined process and clearer steps for better user navigation.

Can we use the (row numbers-1) instead of saying "all" locations in your dataset

We used "all" cos we haven't figured out what number to use. The items for review are deduplicated. Does that mean the total number should also be of the deduped or not?
