[ ] Allow user to use sample dataset that will automatically redirect them to the preview page. No uploading required, the sample dataset is included in the database already. Initial commits are in this branch. https://neutrinojs.org/packages/env/

[ ] Autodetect column headers to admin level. When a user uploads a file that is called "barangay", "city", "municipality" or "province", LinkSight will automatically detect that these are the assigned interlevels.

[x] Remove "Not a province" in the reference file
[ ] Batch approval on first candidate (highest confidence score)
[ ] Freeze the header so that it won't disappear even if user scrolls down
[ ] If >80% are not exact matches, prompt to ask the user to recheck the input in Prep Page.
[x] Click on LinkSight logo, go back to Upload Screen instead of Home/Sign in page
