I want to get the correct matches for at least 50% of the results when I upload a CSV file with the following columns:

• barangay, city/municipality, and province only
• barangay and city/municipality only
• barangay and province only
• city/municipality and province only
• barangay only
• city/municipality only
• province only

Accuracy

• 1 test file with a small number of cases

Speed

• 2 Test files
  • 2000 rows of 100% exact matches (basically the reference file)
  • 2000 rows of unexact matches
