What does this PR contain?

Output for https://github.com/thinkingmachines/unicef-ai4d-poverty-mapping/issues/134, https://github.com/thinkingmachines/unicef-ai4d-poverty-mapping/issues/135, https://github.com/thinkingmachines/unicef-ai4d-poverty-mapping/issues/136

As discussed, we proceed with doing the rollout comparisons in freeform for now. Goal is to get rank correlation metric on a province/municipality (ADM1-2) level.

TO DO: add utils to standardize processes
