Changes

• Adds sprint-3-report.qmd which summarizes sprint 3 findings
• Adds figures in assets/ for visual aids
• Modifies _quarto.yml to update the sidebar links

Notes

• The title of the model training notebooks doesn't seem to match the rest of the model rollout (ex. Single-country Model with Normalized Features (Philippines) vs Philippine Model Rollout Part 2 (Generate Roll-out Grids)`, should we make them consistent? To change this, we need to edit the actual notebook headers.
