Download links are reverted back to simple copy link instead of using links prefixed with unicef.org. Reverted due to pushback of citations user story

How to test

Go to catalogue -> click on a result -> click data tab
Assert that both the training datasets and results datasets now have the old COPY LINK buttons for CSV and GEOJSON files
