Context: As a programme specialist / data scientist, I want to know that I can trust this data

Acceptance criteria:

A table that shows the data preview should be displayed under the Data tab for the first CSV link under the Results Datasets Section.
There should be a maximum of 10 rows in the data preview table, including the HXL tags.

If CSV, show at least 5 rows in the front-end
