[要望]メールの認証をOAuth2.0に対応してほしい #670

要望とその背景（Request and its background） Microsoft365においてIMAP、POPなどの基本認証が廃止され、OAuth2.0認証となるため。(SMTPは廃止はされないが非推奨となる)
