thinkjs2.1.3 rest 路由问题 #252

https://github.com/75team/thinkjs2-demos/tree/master/v1-rest windows（win10）环境下面无法正确路由到v1下面，MAC OS(10.11.2)正常，如果已经修复请忽略这个issue。

测试地址 http://localhost:8360/api/gdasapi?id=2

win10,2.1.4亲测已修复。路由配置： image，代码结构 image
