@expo/webpack-config is no longer receiving updates. So it is sort of a time bomb until this is going to be a blocker for using new features from expo.
The only reason we're keeping this is rn-bounceable which is the only the only reference in our current webpack config file. I opened a ticket a while back in the repository but I don't think this library is going to receive more updates https://github.com/kanzitelli/rn-bounceable/issues/7#issue-1877324590
