Update to eslint 9.0.0 #310

This issue should not occur immediately because there are major breaking changes in the new eslint 9.0.0 and we should wait for other libraries to upgrade as well! https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/migrate-to-9.0.0#breaking-changes-for-users
