Login and see if apps are active. re-maintaining Google Location Services and Firebase possible version upgrades for those

make new app for ragtag, disuse radartag

then re-create project (File > New Project) as RagTag and paste in java classes, and put ID's/keys of firebase/googleLocationServices apps, see if it works.
