Social media icons #103

We had discussed adding icons linked to our social media properties (Facebook, Twitter) with Brett H.

Can these icons be added to the site footer without messing up the design too much?

@heypaxton this is more in your wheelhouse, but what about adding them just beneath the Feeding Texas logo?

@jcdwyer1 social media icons have been added to the footer. Please re-open and comment if you have any issues with them.

Thank you. Can we remove or comment out the Youtube icon for now? We don't really have any content on that channel yet.

Not a problem. I've done so with a commit in the develop branch and this issue will be automatically closed when said commit is merged into master.
