@jcdwyer1 This is ready for you to review. I ended up having to adjust the chart size to accomodate longer labels.

Looks great, thanks. What would you think of reducing the text size of content below the "Eligibility:" subtitle? I know it's good to keep all text the same size throughout, and I like the big/bold statistics, but now that the charts are smaller the relationship between horizontally aligned text/charts pairs is a little harder to understand: highcharts2
