QA: Direct mouse-over of child page links on landing pages does not allow clicking #122

Another minor issue; if the fix is not minor, it can wait until after launch.

Using Chrome, direct mouse-over of text links to child pages in the secondary navigation bar of landing pages does not allow clicking (i.e. arrow turning into hand). To click, users need to hover below the text.
