make constituent story come from zip-data.csv #126

Done. @jcdwyer1 if you look at zip-data.csv I left the first zip code with an example constituent story and left all others blank.

Thanks @caxy4. I'm not seeing the story reference in the CSV, what is the column header?

@jcdwyer1 this commit hadn't been merged into the master branch. You'll see the commit was merged after your comment and before this one so you should see it now.
