QA: /get-involved/index.md acting like a landing page, not showing sub-heading #149

This directory index is specified as a Page layout, but is displaying a secondary navigation bar (there are no child pages).

Also, the subheading text specified in frontmatter is not displaying in the heading block.

The page layout includes the secondary nav bar. What we're not considering is how many child pages there are so only the active page is making the cut and thus the bar looks funny. I'll add some logic to only display the subnav if there are child pages.

the subheading text specified in frontmatter is not displaying in the heading block.

The page layout did not consider the subhead frontmatter variable, which it now does (in addition to the cta_button variable).
