conditionally show product title in header if no media present #150

Eric and I discussed this and feel that the best solution is to put the infographic in the body and move the title for products to the area currently occupied by the image (like the press release detail pages are currently set up).

@jcdwyer1, the assumption we're making here is there will be no products with header images – is that a safe assumption?

Agreed upon the following solution in our call today...

If image/map/timeline is specified, we'll show that in the header and the title in the body area of product pages. Else we'll show the title in the header space so that images/infographics that do not fit the size constraints of the header region can be dropped into the body instead of the header without the header being dead space.
