update theming for subnav menu to highlight parent page differently #49

instead of putting the link to the parent page for any given subpage above the links to pages on the same level, we should put it inline with the links to the sibling pages and style it differently to make it stand out screen shot 2014-09-02 at 12 52 55 pm see /work/index.html for an example
