QA: Missing CTA on Learn Page #67

I see it's the same on the "How We Help" page.

The ">>" after "How We Help" makes me think that's supposed to be a link.

Fixed issue of the call to action being updated via front matter. The text and location of the button is a content staging issue. We've also moved the parent link inline and removed the chevrons.
