Resize child page teaser images to "tighten up" landing pages

On landing pages, content block height is defined by the images that have been selected. These are all great images, but they make the page unnecessarily long relative to the amount of text content. Can we tighten these pages up by reducing the size of these images? I'm open to alternatives or pushback.
