QA: Categories filter on view all Press, view all Blog shows Product categories

Using latest Chrome.

There are a few things going on here:

• categories were being used in place of tags in frontmatter
• tag generation seems to only respect files in the _post dir

Tags shown on the blog page will only be tags associated with blog posts.

Since press/products are collections they aren't included in Jekyll's site.tags

There is still a blog categories filter on the right sidebar of the View All Press page; can this be removed as it won't be referring to press releases?
