Queue email messages until from name / email have been configured #68

Mandrill will currently attempt to send messages without this values, causing an error at the API.

This wasn't a feature in D7 and actually isn't possible because the from name / email would be queued as-is.

An error is logged in watchdog explaining that the sender is missing.
