Try using same code sniffer command as in TROR PHP 8 PR, create new branch here as well

I actually think WP-OTIS might be PHP 8 ready as is? Unless I'm missing something with this sniffer command, I don't see it throwing up any warnings or errors: Screenshot 2023-09-22 at 12 18 20 PM

@jamacon reconfirmed with the same no-issues-found result on the latest commit to main. Is there anything left to do here?
