Update docs #247

This updates the OpenCanary docs.

There are two main changes:

  1. Enable markdown (and rename webhook.rst to webhook.md)
  2. Fix Could not lex and other warnings from Sphinx. Mostly this is where there were comments in json with # it is now // which Pygments likes.

Also set false to lowercase to fix #246
