Describe the feature

The ability to split VPN tunnel routes over multiple VPN tunnels. This may require moving from VPN tunnels to transit gateways with VPN tunnels.

Considerations: Clients with networks who have multiple VPN tunnels in different geographic or virtual locations. The module needs to be straight forward to use by the team.
