Intraweek horse trading re: resources? #118

While @reynoldsalec was out a project manager was not sure what to tell a client about a particular thing they asked for because it was not clear to them

  1. What resourcing looked like
  2. Whether they could get more resourcing from someone else

We currently have forecast https://forecastapp.com/1008439/schedule/team?weekly=true to track resource allocation and we have a weekly resourcing meeting to help set that forecast but

  1. Is this transparent enough for all PMs?
  2. Do we need to optionally invite other PMs to the meeting?
  3. Do we need some sort of way to make mid-week adjustments on the fly eg a slack channel for PMs where they can "horse trade" resources if a bigger and more important client need comes up that is not currently "priced in" to the weeks resource ing situation?
