We've already begun moving some of our new clients into Basecamp to handle project collaboration, we need to continue to refine how that process works. This is a part of creating awesome projects clients will rave about (i.e #134)
Some thoughts on how:
Schedule everything using the shared Basecamp calendar
Assign clients todos with due dates for things we need from them so that they can see it and we can see it
Contact clients solely through Basecamp.
Figure out our bus-number strategy since we're only using Basecamp as the PM right now (which doesn't help solve the bus-number problem.
