- How do we achieve roadmap? eg who is doing what, how, when, why etc?
- How should Tandem be involved? eg John responsible for websites
- Geoff update on DevRel, AmyJune update, any initiatives we want to do here? Lando U guides?
- What meetings do we need scheduled, for who, and what purposes, examples:
- Maintainers meeting (high level for all things?)
- Contrib meeting (working on tickets)
- Outreach meeting (marketing, content, etc)
