The focus of this PR is to update the file path for saving and using the OpenAPI JSON response in the generate-sdk.ts script.

Updated the file path for saving the OpenAPI JSON response from ./dist/openapi.json to openapi.json.
Updated the file path for using the OpenAPI JSON response in the yarn openapi command.
