Missing negative supply for lmv321s #1

Both U12 and U13 are missing a negative power supply rail in order to actual show proper output. Simulations in LTSpice "2n2222 as temp inv" have negative 0V supplies.

Nevermind.. Issue might not be supply rail. See footprint!

Apparently not the problem either.. Might be bridged soldered connection at ADS1115.
