When customer is assigned to multiple groups, custom payment method is displayed multiple times.

1) create custom payment method, assign it to all groups and carriers
2) create customer, assign them to all customer group
3) use this customer to process checkout

When customer is assigned to multiple groups, custom payment method is displayed multiple times.

Expected behaviour:
Custom payment method to be displayed one time
Actual behaviour:
Custom payment method is repeated for every group
