Added Stripe-Version header to fix incompatibility #64

Closes #56 because every request includes the necessary API version. Ideally the API code should just be updated to conform to a newer API version at some point.

This just fixed my installation. I was having the problem described here:

Thanks, but should not be needed -- the library was updated in commit e7efccc7e768e6c11e4aba3ac1a6ca250de64232
