chore: 🤖 upgrade tools and deps with nx migrate

This PR was generated by running:

• npm run update (which in turn ran nx migrate latest)
• nx migrate --run-migrations
• deleting the migrations.json file

No related issue, but it is good to stay up to date and I wanted to start my new lib with Nx 15.
