Extend the RouteConfigService into a new service for combining the data from the resolver with the result from a route's URL matcher.

Requirements:

[ ] New service which combines resolver leaf data with matched URL path (2 hours)
[ ] Extend unit tests for the combined path (2 hours, may need help from Chris or Balazs)
