I enabled discussions so we could better manage conversations about this repository. It would be good to set it up. Let's also clean up our issue template in the meantime. I'd like templates for the following:

Feature Request
How-to guides or non-approved feature requests should be handled via the discussion tab.
Let's change the template comment to the following as well:
