[solidjs-tailwind] Draft remaining SolidJS tweets (not including post announcement tweets)

Description

All submitted tweets are being edited and reviewed. However, we do not have all the necessary tweets for the SolidJS pod. This ticket includes creating:

• One (1) framework.dev announcement tweet
• One (1) starter.dev announcement tweet

This does NOT include any blog post announcement tweets. Those should be handled by the blog post authors to write the tweets correspondence.
