fix: change the favicon.ico from astro to website logo

Summary of change

The starter.dev shows an astro logo instead of the starter.dev logo. For whatever reason, google is reading https://starter.dev/favicon.ico and not https://starter.dev/favicon-32.png. So I changed the favicon.ico to starter.dev logo.

According to Google's doc, this change may take several days to take effect https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search#:~:text=Google%20looks%20for%20and%20updates,of%20your%20site's%20home%20page.
